I've used the internet as my source for accurate dates. After all the internet is the font of all knowledge. However, being that it's the internet I found conflicting information. If a holiday had more than one date of observance I used the one that seemed to be used most often.
I debated how to go about formatting this blog - once a day, once a week with all the holidays, 365 posts at once, and I decided that it would be easiest - and the most fun for me - to post once a day, so every day there will be a new post with new holiday information. Sometimes that won't be helpful for your party planning, but no worries, I've included links to other holiday websites so you can get a head-start. Otherwise, have fun celebrating on days you normally wouldn't. Surprise a co-worker, get help deciding which fast food place would be best, garner ideas for cheap dates - it's all here, so enjoy!
