Kite Flying Day
I'm wondering if this was inspired by the middle-east somehow. You don't see much kite-flying in February in the US, but in the book "The Kite Runner" they fly kites in the winter in Afghanistan, so maybe...
Lately it's certainly been windy enough for a kite, however the wind has been mixed with snow, so I don't know that that would work. I guess if you live somewhere further south than I do it might. I think maybe I'll just watch Mary Poppins...
